Imagine your just driving along minding your own business and all is right with the world. Suddenly, a car rams right into yours. Your shock, shaken, surprised and all the other s words you can think of. You are whisked away to the hospital just to learn you were rammed head on by a criminal. Andrew Head, 27, kidnapped a woman and raped her multiple times inside of her own van. At least that's what was reported. The woman escaped, ran into a Texaco gas station bathroom on South Marietta Parkway and called 911. He then stole the van, had a run in with the police, and decided to make his getaway driving into a busy intersection striking the innocent drivers car. Head faces a laundry list of charges such as kidnapping, rape, aggravated assault, obviously traffic violations, forced robbery, etc...
