Doesn't this drunk idiot (Timothy G. Trybus) know that Puerto Rico is part of the United States? After the officer in the video didn't help the young woman (Mia Irizarry), the officer called for back up. The responding officer assisted and arrested the attacker for assault. The non-assisting officer was placed on desk duty awaiting a full investigation. It has been reported the officer in question has since resigned as the investigation continues.
