Picture by: The Boston Journals Everyone knows the basic flu symptoms. It's in the commercials... Stuffy head, fever, headache, blah blah blah. This pretty much stands true. However, 2018 has brought a flu/virus that is knocking people over like bowling pins. I personally know more than 20 people in my city and numerous around the country, who got the once over by their doctor and the list is growing. The symptoms these days vary way more than they did once before. Some people suffered from stomach viruses. Some suffered from dizziness and confusion.
Some suffered from puffy eyes, blurred vision and hot flashes.
Some vomited blood.
Some just suffered.
I suggest you pay special attention to your family at this juncture. If you see any of this happening, don't take the chance. Just get to the hospital!

I can easily say, we all tried over-the-counter cough suppressants, anti-inflammatories, pain relievers, fever reducers, antihistamines, and nothing worked. I'm not saying it won't work for everyone. I'm just saying, if that's the route you want to go first, don't wait to late to change your mind and see a physician. The longer you wait, the worse it gets, especially in children. There has been an abundance of children being admitted to the hospital this summer season for various symptoms.
For those not sick as of yet, stay on top of your vitamin c levels. Try to consume 1000mgs of vitamin c a day. Most of it when you wake up. There's nothing like a warm blanket of protection. Oatmeal, kale, garlic, cranberry juice and green tea can also help fight the infection. Of course, I don't mean to mix them together, unless that's what you want to do. Ewww!!! Also, be sure to drink lots and lots of water and get lots of rest.
I hope everyone stays happy and healthy!!! Have a great day!!!!
The friends of mine that didn't head to the hospital told me they used this and it worked fine for them. One of my friends just had a baby and she breast feeds while using this. It must be safe and effective. I'll definitely give this one a try next time!!! Click The Image To Learn More
